The Service is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.

- Content You Create or Upload: photos of flowers, voice notes (audio), annotations, and other content you submit through the Service.

- Device and App Information: device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (where available), language, time zone, app version, and network information.

- Location (With Permission): precise or approximate location data if you enable location services for the Service.

2) Photos, Voice Notes, and Face-Related Information
- No Face Recognition / Biometrics: we do not perform face recognition and do not intentionally collect biometric identifiers or biometric information.
- Default Local Storage: by default, your photos and notes are stored locally on your device unless you choose to use features that transmit content to our servers.
- One-Time Processing and Deletion: if you choose optional server-side processing (for example, generating an export or enhancing/processing a photo as part of a requested feature), uploaded content is processed on Mollario Team-controlled servers only for your requested purpose and deleted immediately after processing completes.
- No Third-Party AI Sharing: when server-side processing is used, we do not send your uploaded photos, audio, or text to third-party AI model providers, and we do not share it with any third party for their own purposes.
- No Training / No Marketing Use: we do not use your photos, voice notes, or annotations to train models, and we do not use them for advertising/marketing purposes.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (including account management and core functionality).
- Personalize your experience and preferences.
- Improve the Service (analytics, troubleshooting, performance optimization).
- Protect security, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms.
- Support you and communicate about the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4) How We Share Information
We share information only as necessary and in the minimum amount required, including:
- With your consent: when you direct or authorize us to share.
- Service providers (processors): trusted vendors who process information on our behalf to help operate the Service (for example, hosting, storage, customer support tooling, analytics, and crash reporting) under contractual obligations.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.

- Customer support: retained for up to 6 months.
